Details

Combined high-efficiency filter, also known as large air volume/W-type/V-type filter, the combined high-efficiency filter frame is divided into: plastic frame, galvanized frame, aluminum frame, stainless steel frame, the commonly used plastic frame combined high-efficiency filter. It is suitable for various processes in research and production departments that require a cleanliness level below 100,000 (<0.5μm dust particles). Since this filter has good bacteria filtration performance, it is especially suitable for the pharmaceutical industry, biological laboratories, hospital operating rooms, food industry, cosmetics industry, etc. It also has a good effect on air purification in offices and hotels. Wedge-shaped pleats:
The filter media is folded 180 degrees on both sides to form wedge-shaped pleats. When the filter media is bent, there are two indentations, which form a wedge-shaped box pleat at the end of the partition. The wedge-shaped box pleat can prevent the filter media from being damaged. Some filter manufacturers use single-indentation or rolling-mark filter media pleats, or even simply fold the paper manually. In this case, the filter media is easily damaged by the sharp fold top of the corrugated partition. Or the filter paper is damaged during excessive handling.

Filter media:
HV series pleats are high-density paper made of ultra-fine glass fiber. The pleats of the pleats maximize the effective filtration area of the material, thereby reducing the filtration rate of the filter media, which is very important for high-efficiency filters. Imported H&V3 fiber filter media is waterproof and flame-retardant and can be used at high temperatures of 1000° F (538℃)
