Aluminum partition high efficiency filter is a device used for air filtration, mainly used for terminal filtration of air conditioning systems and local purification equipment to filter particulate matter in the atmosphere. This filter has the advantages of compact structure, low resistance, large dust holding capacity, etc., and is suitable for various industries with highly clean air.

Features:
The partition type filter is divided into pleated sections with a thickness of at least 0.0038mm. The pleated aluminum partition maintains the equidistant spacing of each pleated filter paper, making it easy for airflow to pass through, ensuring effective use of the filter material and increasing strength. The double pleats of the aluminum partition prevent the filter paper from being inserted, providing maximum safety. There are also high-volume series filters, which have a larger filtration area due to the large number of pleats and can handle a larger air volume under the same pressure loss.

Efficiency:
Tested according to the European standard EN1822, that is, testing the particle concentration at the upwind and downwind sides of the filter, the HEPA level efficiency ranges from 95~99.999% through 0.3um.

Filter material:
The filter material is made of ultra-fine high-density glass fiber. This filter material is water-resistant and temperature-resistant to 500 degrees Celsius. It is folded continuously to provide a high ratio of filter material area. The filter material is sealed with a special sealant to ensure that the filter material is airtight all around.

Frame:
Frame material can be wooden, galvanized iron, aluminum or stainless steel. Box type, single flange and double flange are available. Metal guards can be installed on both sides of the filter.
