Cleanrooms (clean spaces) are spaces with strict control over air cleanliness. They are primarily used in industries with high cleanliness requirements, such as electronics manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food processing. Core Construction Requirements:
1. Structural Materials: Walls often use sandwich panel steel sheets. Floors use wear-resistant, anti-static epoxy self-leveling flooring or PVC. Doors and windows are designed to be airtight and leak-proof. The overall structure needs to be dustproof and impermeable.
2. Purification System: A three-stage filtration system (pre-filter + medium-efficiency filter + high-efficiency filter) is used. The air supply method needs to be planned according to the cleanliness level, while maintaining a positive pressure difference of 5-10 Pa between adjacent clean areas to prevent backflow of contaminants.
3. Environmental Control: Different industries have different temperature and humidity requirements. For example, pharmaceutical clean areas generally require a temperature of 20-24°C and humidity of 45-60%; noise control is also necessary, with ambient noise not exceeding 60 dB(A).
4. Post-Maintenance: Regular cleaning and air quality monitoring are required, and relevant data must be recorded to ensure stable compliance with cleanliness standards.
